I have found that exposing future law students to the concepts and core courses  taught in a typical first year law school curriculum, before they ever begin their legal studies, accelerates their performance significantly.
 
Undergraduate programs and concentrated boot camp immersion provides the  student with an edge and an ability to excel in their first semester and throughout their legal studies.
 
It loads their "law school tool box" ahead of time, and in my experience those students do well, become involved in extracurricular pursuits and gain scholarship assistance easier. I wish I had a summer boot camp before that August day when I walked into a whole new world.
